Switchboard

A wiring board: which channels mirror into which ticketing tool.

The Switchboard is a picture of your setup. On the left, the channels with traffic. On the right, the ticketing tools you have connected. A cable between them is a route.

Making a route

Click a source, then a destination. The cable appears. Conversations from that source now mirror into that destination.

Removing a route

Click the cable. Mirroring stops for new conversations. Old ones stay where they are.

Only channels you have turned on appear on the board. Only ticketing tools you have connected appear as destinations.
