The Ready Check
Eight real questions, asked of your assistant, before a customer asks them.
The Ready Check is the first thing on Home after you sign up. It asks your assistant eight questions that customers of your kind of business really ask, and shows you which ones it can answer.
It is the real assistant, using only what it knows about your business. Nothing is scripted.
The questions
There is a list for an online store, a spa or salon, a professional firm, and one for everything else. Where it can, a question uses words from your own site: a product you sell, a country you ship to, a service you offer.
Each question tests one thing:
- something your site should say, like shipping or opening hours
- your prices
- a rule people forget to write down, like returns or cancelling
- a live system, like an order in Shopify or a free time in your calendar
- a question it should hand to your team, not answer
- taking a customer's details so you can call them back
Reading the result
A green tick means it answered. Open it to read the answer and where it came from.
A miss sits under the one thing that fixes it: connect Shopify, connect your calendar, add your price list, or write a short note in your own words. Do the fix and that question is asked again. A note you write here is saved with your sources, under Text, where you can edit it later.
What it uses
Each question the assistant answers uses 1 reply, the same as a test chat. That includes the first run, so a new account uses 8.
- Ask them all again shows how many replies it will use before you press it.
- A question that waits on a system you haven't connected isn't asked, and uses nothing.
- A question that fails to run uses nothing.
- With no replies left, the check stops and tells you. Add replies or pick a plan to ask again.
It is not one-and-done
Add a source or a live system any time, then ask again and watch the misses turn green.
