Stores, services, and both
The assistant adjusts to what kind of business you run.
PageInq works for three kinds of business today. You do not pick one. It follows what you connect.
A store
Connect Shopify. The assistant learns your catalogue. It can:
- Say what is in stock and what it costs.
- Recommend products from your real catalogue only.
- Open a product page for the customer.
- Add items to the cart and change quantities.
- Look up an order once the customer proves it is theirs.
A services business
Connect a calendar such as Cal.com. The assistant learns your services and hours. It can:
- Show open times in the customer's own time zone.
- Book an appointment, after saying back what it is about to book.
- Move or cancel a booking within your policy.
- Ask your intake questions in plain conversation, not as a form.
Both
Connect a store and a calendar. The assistant does both. Product questions go to the catalogue. Booking questions go to the calendar. It never mixes the two.
Billing, for any of them
Connect Stripe with a read-only key. Verified customers can ask about their invoices, subscriptions, payments, and refunds. The assistant reads. It never charges, cancels, or refunds. Those go to your team.
