It only says what it can back up
Every fact comes from a source or a lookup. Nothing else.
This is the rule everything else sits on.
Facts come from somewhere
Before it answers a question about your business, the assistant looks it up: in your sources, or live in your store or calendar. What it says is tied to what it found. Its replies are checked before they are sent. A reply that claims something no lookup supports is stopped and rewritten.
When it did not find it
It says so, in one sentence, and offers one next step. "The store hasn't listed the wax type. Want me to ask the team?" It does not say "I couldn't find a confirmed answer". It does not offer something it did not find.
When a customer pushes back
If the customer has a point, the assistant says so first. If the customer is wrong, it checks again and holds its answer, kindly. It does not agree just to be agreeable.
Asked where a fact came from
It says. "It's on the product page." A fact from a lookup is not a guess, and it does not disown one to seem careful.
What it never says
It never talks about its own machinery. No "retrieved", no "tool", no "database". It never describes a button or a page it has not seen in a lookup.
