Your plan and usage
Your usage on Home
What is left, where it went, and how to add more.
The Usage section is at the bottom of Home, once your assistant is live. It answers three questions.
How much is left
- The percent. What is left of everything you can spend: your plan's replies plus any top-ups. It shows two decimals and never rounds up, so 99.97% means a little has been used.
- Replies or call minutes. The same amount, said both ways: "9,997 replies or 434 call minutes left."
- The hexagon fills as you use replies. Empty means nothing used. Full means all used.
- The reset line says when your plan's replies come back, and how many top-up replies you hold. Top-ups never expire.
Under 20% left, the section turns amber and shows the day you'll run out at this month's pace.
Where it went
Hover the hexagon, or tap it on a phone. A small panel shows this period's replies by kind, each with its share of the total:
| Kind | What is in it |
|---|---|
| Text | Chat answers on every text channel, test chats, and Ready Check questions |
| Voice | Call minutes, on your website and your phone number |
| Learning | New text the assistant learned, and pages of files it read |
Kinds you haven't used are left out.
Adding more
Press the + on the hexagon. It asks once more, "Add 1,000 replies for $40?" Press Confirm to buy. Click anywhere else, or press Escape, and nothing is bought.
Other places you see it
- Plan & billing has the same meter, with your plan and next charge.
- In the free trial, the sidebar shows the days left and the replies used.
- By email. On a plan, the admins get an email at 80% used. The free trial doesn't send one.
What a period is
On a plan, a period is your billing month. It starts on the day you pay. In the free trial, it is the trial's 14 days.
