Slack

Connect Slack and choose the channel. Messages in that channel get answers from the assistant. Good for internal teams and for customer Slack Connect channels.

Intercom

Connect Intercom. New conversations in Intercom get answers from the assistant. Your team sees everything in Intercom as usual and can take over any time.

Help Scout

Connect Help Scout. Same idea. The assistant answers new conversations. Your team takes over in Help Scout when they want.

Verification on these channels

There is no store sign-in inside Slack or Intercom. Customers prove an order is theirs with the order number and the email or postcode on it, or with an emailed code.
