Terms of service
The agreement between PageInq and the businesses that use it. Short, and in plain words.
Last updated 17 September 2026.
The service
PageInq gives you an AI assistant that talks to your customers on the channels you turn on, using the sources you connect. We run it, keep it up, and improve it. You decide what it knows and where it appears.
Your account
You need to be able to enter into a contract for your business. Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the teammates you invite.
Your content and your customers' data
What you connect stays yours. You give us permission to read it and use it to answer your customers, and for nothing else. You are responsible for having the right to share it with us, and for being the data controller for your customers. Our privacy policy says what we do with data.
What the assistant does and does not do
The assistant answers from your sources and the systems you connect. It says when it does not know. It never moves money: refunds, cancellations, and charges go to your team. It follows the rules in the docs. It is software, and it can be wrong. Read your conversations and correct your sources when it is.
Acceptable use
Do not use PageInq to break the law, to deceive people, to send unwanted messages, or to handle data you are not allowed to handle. Do not try to break into the service or other people's accounts. Do not put the assistant on a site you do not control.
Plans and payment
You can start free. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and can be changed or cancelled any time. Seats and features are listed on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax. Tax is added at checkout based on where you are. If a payment fails, we tell you and give you time to fix it before anything stops.
Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. When you buy a plan or a top-up, you buy it from Paddle, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to that purchase. Paddle charges your card, sends your receipts and invoices, and handles tax.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel any time from your billing page. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund the unused part of a month or a year. Top-ups are not refunded, and they never expire.
If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or the service did not work and we could not fix it, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Paddle, and take 5 to 10 business days to show. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you where you live.
Connected services
When you connect Shopify, Stripe, Slack, or any other service, their terms apply to your use of them. We access them only with the permissions you grant, and only for the features you set up.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We delete your data when you do. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.
Warranties and liability
We provide the service as it is. We do our best to keep it up and accurate, but we do not promise it will never be down or never be wrong. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you by email before the change takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
