It is a plan of its own, with every feature and no card. It ends after 14 days or 105 replies, whichever comes first. Then you pick a paid plan.
One answer from the assistant. A chat answer is 1 reply, and a minute of voice is 23. The docs list everything that uses replies.
No. Replies are only the assistant's answers. When a teammate writes to a customer from the helpdesk, nothing is counted. Emails are free in and out as well.
Add a top-up: 1,000 replies for $43.19. You can also turn on auto top-up, so it adds them for you. Top-up replies never expire.
Your monthly replies start fresh on your billing date. Replies you bought as a top-up stay until you use them.
Yes. An upgrade starts right away. A downgrade starts at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
Cancel any time from your billing page. Your plan runs to the end of what you paid for, then stops. The unused part of a month or a year is not refunded, and top-ups are not refunded. If you were charged by mistake, write to us within 14 days and we refund it. The terms have the details.
No. Prices are in US dollars before tax. Our payment partner, Paddle, adds the tax for where you are at checkout and sends your receipt.
You pay for ten months and get twelve. That is $790 for Starter, $1,390 for Growth, $3,990 for Max.
It is the amount of text the assistant can hold about your business: your website, products and files. Starter holds 4 MB, Growth holds 10 MB, Max holds 30 MB. 1 MB is about 400 pages.
