What happens at 80%, at 100%, and how to add more.

Running low

On a plan, the admins get an email at 80% used. Under 20% left, the Usage section on Home turns amber and shows the day you'll run out at this month's pace.

When they run out

The assistant pauses. New chats go to your team. Replies come back on your billing date, or sooner with a top-up.

Top-ups

1,000 replies for $40, charged to your saved card, on any plan. They never expire, and they're spent after your plan's own replies.

• On Home: the + on the hexagon, then Confirm.
• In Plan & billing: Add 1,000 replies.
• Automatically: tick Add them when they run out in Plan & billing. A top-up is bought the moment you run out, so the assistant never pauses.
