Changing or cancelling your plan

Upgrades now, downgrades at the end of the period.

Open Plan & billing: your avatar, then Billing. Pick a plan, monthly or yearly. You see the price before you confirm.

Upgrades happen now

You pay the difference for the rest of this period today. The bigger plan's limits apply at once.

Downgrades happen at the end of the period

Nothing is charged or refunded today. You keep your current plan until your billing date; the smaller plan starts then. Changed your mind? Keep my plan undoes it.

A plan can't be smaller than the teammates using it. Remove seats first.

Cancelling

Cancel plan in Plan & billing stops the next charge. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Keep my plan undoes that too.

If a plan or trial ends without a new one

The workspace turns view-only, and its replies, top-ups too, go to zero. The admins get an email on day 0, 7, and 13. On day 14 the workspace is deleted. Pick a plan again any time before that and the assistant starts answering again at once.
