Ten-minute setup

Sign in, add knowledge, turn on the widget, say hello.

Four steps. Most people finish in ten minutes.

1. Sign in and name your business

Create your account. Give your workspace the name customers know you by. This name shows in the chat window.

2. Add what the assistant should know

Go to Connect data sources. Pick the fastest one for you:

  • Website: paste your site address. We read your pages.
  • Upload: drop in PDFs, Word files, or spreadsheets.
  • Text: paste policies or answers straight in.

If you run a Shopify store, connect it under Live business systems. The assistant then knows your products, prices, and stock, and can look up orders.

3. Turn on the widget

Go to Connect messaging channels and open the website widget. Pick a colour, add the domains where it may run, and copy the one-line embed code into your site. Turn on voice if you want customers to talk instead of type.

4. Say hello

Open your site and ask the assistant something a customer would ask. Then ask something it should not know. It should say it does not know and offer to ask your team. That is the whole idea.

What to do next

  • Open Home. The Ready Check shows what it can already answer and the one fix for each miss.
  • Add more sources. The more it knows, the more it can answer.
  • Read the first ten conversations in your inbox.
  • Invite a teammate under Plan.
