Your Shopify store as knowledge

Products, pages, and policies come in when you connect the store.

Connecting Shopify does two things. It gives the assistant live tools, covered under Live business systems. And it brings your store content in as knowledge.

What comes in

• Every active product: title, description, options, price.
• Your store pages: about, contact, and any custom pages.
• Your policies: shipping, returns, privacy, terms.

What stays live

Price and stock are checked live when a customer asks, not from the copy. So the assistant never quotes an old price.

One store per workspace

A workspace connects to one store. Switching stores replaces the old store's knowledge with the new.

Disconnecting

Disconnect the store and both the knowledge and the live tools are removed at once.
