What the assistant can do

• Show open times. Only times the calendar actually has. Never a guess.
• Book. Before booking, it says back exactly what it is about to book and waits for a yes.
• Move or cancel a booking, within your policy. Outside the policy it explains the policy and offers your team.
• Ask intake questions as part of the conversation, not as a form.

Time zones

Times are shown in the customer's own time zone. On the website we know it from the browser. On WhatsApp and phone we take it from the number and show both times, theirs and yours, so they can correct it. If a customer says where they are, that wins.

How customers prove a booking is theirs

Booking reference plus the email on the booking. That unlocks that booking.
