Billing with Stripe

Read-only. Invoices, subscriptions, payments, refunds, for verified customers.

Connect Stripe with a restricted key that can only read. We tell you which permissions to give it when you connect. The assistant never gets a key that can write.

What the assistant can do

For a customer who has proven who they are:

• Show their recent invoices, with the link to pay.
• Show their subscriptions and when they renew.
• Show their recent payments.
• Show refunds already made.

What it will not do

It never charges a card, cancels a subscription, issues a refund, waives a fee, or moves a due date. Those requests go to your team with the customer's email as the identifier.

How customers prove who they are

The assistant emails them a six-digit code. They read it back. That unlocks their billing for the conversation.
