Drag files into Upload. Supported: PDF, Word, text, Markdown, RTF, OpenDocument, Excel, CSV, PowerPoint. Each file can be up to 4 MB.

Good things to upload: your policy document, a price list, a product guide, an FAQ you already wrote.

Pick Text, give it a title, and paste. Good for short answers and for instructions to the assistant.

Writing instructions for the assistant

There is no separate "instructions" box. Instructions live in your knowledge, like everything else. Paste a text source called "How to talk to our customers" and write it the way you would brief a new hire:

• We ship in two days. Say so when asked.
• We do not price match. Say it kindly.
• For anything about a refund, hand it to the team.

The assistant reads it like any other source and follows it.

What not to add

Old versions of policies. Internal notes customers should not hear. Anything with personal data of other customers.
