Where data lives, who sees it, what we never do with it.

Your data is yours

The sources you connect, the conversations, the leads: all of it belongs to your workspace. Nobody else's workspace can see it. We do not train models on it.

Keys and tokens

When you connect an app, we store the token it gives us, encrypted. For Stripe we ask for a read-only key. We never ask for a key that can move money.

What the assistant is allowed to touch

Only the tools for what you connected, and only at the trust level the customer has earned. A customer who has not proven who they are cannot reach any order, booking, or invoice.

Documents customers send

Stored for your team. Not read by the assistant.
